2009-2010 VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENTS
Dear Coach(es),
St. Patrick’s High School will continue to promote high school volleyball in Ontario. Our
invitational events this year include Senior Girls, Junior Girls, and Junior Boys. Each high school
tournament will be a two-day event and we are accepting teams from all over Ontario. Preregistration
will be accepted for any team, but will only be confirmed once payment is received
(first-paid, first-in basis). Tournaments have filled a month prior to the date in previous years.
Coaches must have e-mail access to be accepted into the tournament, in order to communicatewith the convenor. Your team will be guaranteed 5 matches (2 games each). Please note that inOttawa, the OFSAA recommendations for age classification will be followed.

PRIZES: Awards presented to top 2 teams in A & B playoffs (possibly C). Additional awards/prizes
to selected team All-Star players and tournament MVPs.
DETAILS: The tournament begins Friday afternoon. Playoff rounds are completed on Saturday. If
required, arrangements can be made for later starts.
Please make cheque payable to ST. PATRICK’S HIGH SCHOOL (receipt included incoaches package). Teams will be notified immediately of their entry upon receipt of cheque.
Teams will be notified of their schedule at least a week prior to event. Referees will be OVA
certified in most cases. *Approximate times are listed below.
OTHER: I would appreciate it if you would inform us of any volleyball tournaments in your area
(especially Junior & Senior Girls on the same weekend).
Senior Girls: Friday, January 29th (3 - 10 pm) and Saturday, January 30st (all day), 2010.COST: $185 - 12th Annual, 16-20 teams, A, B & C Divisional Playoffs
Junior Girls: Friday, February 26th (3 - 10 pm) and Saturday, February 27th (all day), 2010COST: $185 - 12th Annual, 16-20 teams, A, B & C Divisional Playoffs
Junior Boys: Friday, March 26th (3 - 10 pm) and Saturday, March 27th (all day), 2010.COST: $185 - 9th Annual, 16-20 teams, A, B & C Divisional Playoffs
*Senior Boys: Not running this year. Our school will not have a team this year. (Let us know if
